  • What does Arnywear do?

    Arnywear fabric repels biting insects away from the person wearing it without the need for nasty chemicals or sprays. It has a very pleasant lavender aroma and is suitable for sensitive skin.

  • How does Arnywear work?

    1. When the Arnywear fabric is rubbed, a vapour which biting insects have an 

        aversion to is released.

    2. The vapour creates a 'no-bite-zone' of up to 50cm around you for up to 2 to 3

        hours once activated.

    3. The protection is kept continually active by the wearers' movement or body heat 

        and can be reactivated by scrunching or rubbing as required.

  • How should I use Arnywear fabric to make sure I am not bitten?

    Arnywear products can be used in many different ways; for example they can be used as sarongs, bandanas, seat covers, sheets, pillowcases, out-door dining mats or as wraps around your ankles or wrists ... ... you decide.

  • Does Arnywear come in different sizes?

    Yes, Arnywear's mosquito repelling fabric is available in three sizes.

  • Can I buy Arnywear in different colours and designs?

    Yes, Arnywear comes in many different colours and designs.

  • Can I wash Arnywear?

    Yes, Arnywear fabric can be washed repeatedly at 40°C in a normal coloured wash and will still continue to work. Try not to tumble dry and use a cool iron setting. No other special care is needed.

  • Will my Arnywear product last after washing?

    In normal use and washing at 40°C, Arnywear will last for several washes.

  • What is Arnywear made of?

    Arnywear is made using world-renowned iFabric Technology. iFabric is made from advanced manmade microfibres, specially engineered with a natural active agent which repels biting insects.

  • Is Arnywear safe for my children?

    Yes, Arnywear is totally natural and safe for children and babies.

  • Is Arnywear suitable for sensitive skin?

    Yes, Arnywear is 100% hypoallergenic and has been tested by Euroderm.

  • Is Arnywear safe to use during pregnancy?

    Yes, Arnywear is 100% hypoallergenic and is safe to use during pregnancy.

  • Has Arnywear been clinically tested?

    Yes, the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine has successfully tested and clinically proven Arnywear.

  • Has Arnywear been tested on animals?

    No, Arnywear and the active ingredients within it have never been tested on animals.

  • Is Arnywear safe for the environment?

    Yes, the active ingredients in Arnywear are all 100% natural and safe for the environment.

  • Is the Arnywear packaging recyclable?

    Yes, all Arnywear packaging carries the Greenspot symbol and is fully functional and recyclable.

  • My Arnywear fell into my baby's pram and I noticed him sucking on it, and

    although I assume this is not advisable, is it dangerous?

    The levels of chemical in the product are extremely low, only trace levels can be found, and it is from totally natural sources. It is desensitised as far as possible to remove any harmful ingredients using our patented technology. We would not recommend ingestion but do not expect it to harm your child if the fabric is sucked.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    Your order can only be amended before despatch of goods. In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 01707 228 688 or emailing us by clicking here up until the point of its despatch to you. Please note: all items ordered by 12.00pm will be despatched the same working day. Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched by 12.00pm on Monday.

  • Do you deliver to BFPO?

    Yes, deliveries can be made to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO). However, we are currently unable to register BFPO addresses online. Please call us on

  • What if my order hasn't arrived?

    Your order will have been despatched same day if placed before 12.00 pm or next day if placed after 12.00pm. If your order has been despatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please e-mail us by cliking here or call us on 01707 228 688 between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday

  • What if only part of my order has arrived?
